Let me set this up for you, its about 6:00 PM the air is now getting colder. We are at my son's football practice. The sound of whistles, coaches grunting, and players breathing heavy. A s100 kids all feeling confident, some cocky, some injured, and some just feelin it! Here I am looking down from the top of These paved brick bleachers. I'm sitting there with pride and looking as my son makes a hit and gives his buddies some LUV! I reminisce, about 17 years ago that was me on that same field, feeling that same way . Mr Tough, Mr cool, Mr not a care in the world except for that very moment. And I couldn't help but laugh at myself, because as I watch on, I now have to BIG Yellow daisy's one in each ear, as my 4 yr old picks a few more to bring back home to "mom".. Life how funny :-)

Balance

What is Balance, really.. ...
It's such a continuous training exercise. But this is the year to become aware of the things that are not balanced in our lives and work on them. I have had the honor of working with some amazing people and in "09" I think the one thing I really like, is breaking up the balance (pie chart of our lives) into quarters. So we can review and change direction and apply the needed action.
If it were only as easy as $$$ big income, if that was the only secret then why are some many rich Athelets, Entertainers, Actors etc.. killing themselves , self destructing ... SIMPLE, they are no different then the rest of us.. They are unbalanced and may even be unaware...
Be aware,
"Become wealthy 1st, then get rich"

Personal Growth is constant but becoming aware of the things that are unbalanced is also priceless...
